With Zoom Zoom Storage, it is not required to make a reservation, but, it’s a good idea to call in advance to ensure the size of the unit required is available. And, it will save time on the day of move-in.
Our unit sizes range from 4×5 20 square feet to 20×20 400 square feet. To find out the cost of each unit, please reach out to one of our management team members they will be happy to assist.
Indoor units are protected from the elements and are located mostly on the upper level floors and typically are smaller sized units. Outdoor units are on the main level and provide an easy drive-up access, ideal for vehicle storage.
Zoom Zoom has a safety policy in place and requires a disc lock to secure the unit, you can purchase a lock on site, or bring your own disc lock. You keep the keys!
There is no lease with Zoom Zoom. We provide a User Agreement outlining policies. You can also renew your rent on a weekly basis and pay every 4-weeks for convenience.
No. We provide invoices upon request, we give you the opportunity authorize payment in advance with credit card or payment online.
Regrettably, our staff cannot assist you. Yet, we provide complimentary use of dollies. As well, we can recommend a couple of reliable movers for professional moving. Or you can always rent a truck and utilize the help of your friends and family members.
Yes, we will gladly accept courier deliveries with a signed waiver.
Yes. There is $25k insurance coverage on all units with a $500 deductible.
You can access your unit 7 days per week and 365 days of the year. Access to your unit is never restricted.
